Tips for my tutor colleagues

  1. Apply following the announcement page: a form, your ID and a CV in the Europass format.
  2. If accepted, you'll get a confirmation email.
  3. Agree the dates with your professor and send the period (not exact dates) to ingegneria@unibg.it.
  4. Sign the contract digitally, or at the engineering office: building A, first floor, on the left.
  5. Keep the hours registry, have your professor sign it and return it (email is fine).
  6. Payment takes a while and goes to the account linked to your ID; tell the office in advance to use another one. INPS is already handled.
